have to explain the name.
Ochappii-Neko comes from the Japanese for cat (猫, or neko) and for ( おしゃまな女の子, or chatterbox/precocious girl/talkative girl,
depending on usage). You may have heard the romajii "neko" before in the word "nekomimi", meaning cat girl/person (literal tranlation
"cat ears").
